How to Setup Obfuscated SSH Tunnel Port Forwarding

NOTE:
Before doing the below, an account needs to be created for you on the SSH servers.  Please log a support ticket specifying what server you would like to get your account created on.

1.
Download and install Bitvise SSH Client from HERE
2. Enter in
    - Server name
    - Port 999
    -
Enable Obfuscation and enter in the password
    -
Enter in your VPN user name (not your email) and password

3. Click on Services tab, and enable SOCKS/HTTP Port Forwarding option

4. Click on Login.  Hit Accept and Save

5. Connection status should indicate if you are connected or not

Once connected open up the application you would like to setup with port forwarding.  Below is an example in Firefox which will forward all browsing traffic via the server you have connected too.
